With StyleVision 2005, you design a special type of XSLT-based stylesheet called a StyleVision Power Stylesheet (SPS). The SPS is created visually using drag-and-drop and intelligent design functions. Your SPS can be based on any DTD, XML Schema, or even a database, and it simultaneously produces standards-conformant XSLT 1.0/2.0 and XSL:FO stylesheets, plus the corresponding Authentic electronic form - all based on one design! At any time during the design process, you can preview and save the XSLT and XSL:FO stylesheets that are auto-generated based on your SPS.

To leverage legacy content for use in your XML-based applications, StyleVision 2005 also includes a handy HTML importer for converting existing HTML pages to an XML format consisting of an XML Schema, XSLT stylesheet, and XML instance document. This feature adds extensibility to your existing HTML content, which can now be used in XML applications and rendered in PDF, Word/RTF, and Authentic Form formats, as well.
